Why not try a water taxi in Paris?

Posted on 16th March 2012 by

Water taxis can be one of the most romantic and enjoyable ways to get around the city. Whilst it’s great taking tours through the busy roads, a water taxi takes you and your loved ones away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and shows you all of the monuments and buildings that lie at either side of the river.

It also makes stops throughout the day, meaning that you aren’t stuck on a boat for the whole time! The water taxi will make stops at seven of the biggest attractions in Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame cathedral and the Louvre! It’s the perfect way to get around, and is particularly enjoyable on a bright summer day.

The fares are pretty reasonable, too. A pass for a day is just 14 Euros, and a two day pass is only 18 Euros. You can’t really argue with those prices when you get so much from the experience.
