The Boulevard, or BLVD to those in the know, sits bang in the centre of Barcelona, right in the middle of Las Ramblas. This makes it popular with the tourists, but it also gets its fair share of locals, too, who come to enjoy the eclectic range of music and the atmosphere from this old strip joint.
There are three dance floors in the Boulevard, and it has a capacity for about 1000 people. The DJs tend to be local, and the music depends on who is in charge of the decks and what night it is.
You’ll find a wealth of nations inside the Boulevard as they all gather in this hotspot location, often attracted by the flyers that are given out in the streets. You’ll find the club open on Mondays, Thursday to Saturday, and some Sundays. To get there take the metro to Drassanes (Green Line, L3) and walk up Las Ramblas away from the port. You’ll reach the Boulevard, on your left, in less than five minutes.
