Posted on 15th March 2012 by

Getting around in London is really easy, thanks to the great Tube system. This is the fastest and most convenient way of getting around the city. The legendary tube network is the oldest and the largest underground train network in the whole world, and today, it continues to provide the same efficient service to the people of London.

There are 11 different lines that cross the city underground, and the Tube runs from 5:30am and 1am, with operation close to 24 hours a day. In most instances, the Tube is the quickest and easiest way to get around the city.

You’ll find maps all over the Tube network and in the stations, but you can even download Tube Planner applications for your mobile phone that make your journey significantly easier to arrange.

You will no doubt find it really easy to operate the Tube, so it’s worth looking into it before you hire any vehicles.
