The big IKEA

Posted on 5th March 2012 by

Take a trip to the world’s largest IKEA store whilst in Stockholm, and see why this popular furniture store has become a nationwide hit.

Opening in 1965, this shop is just one of the many of the IKEAs on the planet, and is an amazing place to visit in its own right. Wander through its many floors to see the variety of stock held here, from household appliances to office furniture.

All the products in the store are unique to IKEA, created by one of their many designers. With so much on offer here, you are sure to find something to suit your home perfectly or, at the very least, give you inspiration as to what will.

Take a trip to the market place, where you can buy a range of traditional Swedish foodstuffs, or go for lunch at their very own café restaurant, where you can experience quality meals at low prices.
