See the opera in London

Posted on 15th March 2012 by

The opera is one of the classic things to do in London, and has been for a long time. If you’re looking to experience some real culture, then a night at the Opera will surely fulfil your needs.

There are shows near enough every day in London, and the Royal Opera House is host to a wide range of famous opera shows. The Royal Opera House is found in Covent Garden, and the building was built back in 1732. It’s an impressive place to visit, and even if you don’t go to the Opera, it’s a great place to see.

The Royal Opera, the opera company, is one of the two primary opera companies that operate in London. The English National Opera is the other company.

Going to a Royal Opera event is a truly invigorating experience. There are bars and restaurants within the venue which are open 90 minutes before the show, and then, when the show starts, you’ll simply be blown away by the sheer talent of the cast.
