Lesser Town Square in Prague: There’s Nothing Lesser About It!

Posted on 11th March 2012 by

Named the Lesser Town because of its size, there’s certainly nothing less beautiful or enjoyable about a trip to this part of Prague. The area offers excellent sightseeing opportunities in the form of St Nicholas Church, and there are countless small shops for you to visit and purchase souvenir gifts from.

The Lesser Town region quite literally offers tourists a taste of Prague, with a wide array of cafés and pubs in the area serving authentic Czech cuisine in quaint, comfortable surroundings. As well as dependable service and the high quality of the food on offer, you’ll also find the prices to be highly reasonable.

The Lesser Town is a fairly central location that you’ll have no trouble accessing during your stay. With prominent Prague monuments such as the famous Prague Castle and Charles Bridge in the close vicinity, you’ll never find yourself with a shortage of things to do.
