House of Medusa

Discover Ottoman Turkish cuisine at its finest with a visit to the House of Medusa. Located in the Sultanahmet neighbourhood of Istanbul, this restaurant combines the best ingredients with the finest views of the extremely historic peninsula, giving you an experience that you will never forget.

Based in a building that used to be a mansion, this eatery is extremely spacious and laid back. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, and will even guide you in choosing the best wine from their extensive range that will match your meal perfectly.

Whether you choose the classic lamb stew, or the special Medusa chicken, you can be sure that you will find the food here absolutely divine. Tokat stuffed vegetables are also available, along with sweetmeats, dried apricots and walnut-fig for dessert.

Enjoy the restaurants splendid décor, including the master painter's ceiling and the beautiful wall decorations. On the second floor are a range of models on display, all of which are interesting to study.
