The Blind Beggar is one of the most famous bars pubs in London, but not because of its food or drink. Instead, the Blind Beggar is riddled with interesting history that makes it one of the most infamous locations in the whole of London.
One of the most infamous events in the Blind Beggar was the mob murder. This occurred back in the 1960s. The Blind Beggar was also the place where the very first modern brown ale was brewed, as well. Interestingly, it was also home to a speech that played a hand in the creation of the Salvation Army. It’s one of the most productive pubs in the world!
These days, the Blind Beggar is a great place to go for a few drinks and to enjoy live music. It also has barbeque grill-outs during the summer, and the largest beer garden in the East End. It’s a great little place for socialising.
