Around 20 years later, the zoo became open to the public and ever since, Britons from all over the country have travelled to London to see what it has on offer.

There are more than 750 species of animals in the zoo today. In total, there are over 16,000 animals as well, making it one of the largest zoos in the world. There are many different kinds of exhibits that will thrill children and adults alike, and it’s open all your around. The aquarium and butterfly pavilion will thrill you, too. You can be sure that whatever animal you want to see, the London Zoo will have it.

For just £21 per person, you’ll be able to explore the Zoo for the day. There are often 2 for 1 deals, however, so check out the London Zoo during your trip to the Capital City!
