Bicester Village: a relaxed alternative to London shopping outlets

Posted on 15th March 2012 by

Based in the town of Oxfordshire, just outside of London, Bicester Village has a range of different shops and boutiques, making it the perfect place to visit if you want to stay away from the traditional shopping outlets that can be found in the city’s centre.

With more than 900 stores, you’re bound to find the perfect item that will suit your own individual style wonderfully. Many designers can be found here, including Burberry and Tod’s, with the majority at discount prices.

As Bicester Villege is 60 miles out of London, the easiest way to get there from your city holiday accommodation would definitely be by car or by train. However, if you know that you’ll be making a day out of this visit, then get yourself booked on the Shopping Express in advance, a coach that regularly takes visitors from London to this popular area and back again. This service runs all through the year, stopping only for Christmas.
